Production Introduction

TPU inflatable flat flexible tubular film made from food-grade/ industrial-grade aliphatic polyether type TPU raw material, the dense molecular structure and low gas permeability is significantly lower than PVC and ordinary PU tubular film. Combined with a seamless hot-pressing edge-sealing process, no splicing gasps for the entire TPU tube hose. After a 72-hour constant pressure test, the pressure decay rate at room temperature is ≤3%, and no significant air leakage under alternating high and low temperature environments.
