How is the production process of TPU hot melt adhesive film?
1. Raw material preparation.
Mix TPU resin, binder and other additives evenly in a certain proportion to make TPU hot melt adhesive particles.
2. Melt extrusion.
Enter the TPU hot melt adhesive particles into the extruder to be heated and melted, and then the molten material is extruded through a mold to form a continuous hot melt adhesive film.
3. Cooling and solidification.
Put the extruded TPU hot melt adhesive film on the cooling roller, cool and solidify rapidly through heat transfer and natural cooling.
4. Cutting and embossing.
Analyze and process the cooled and solidified hot-melt adhesive film by cutting, embossing and other processing and production technologies to make hot-melt adhesive film products of various structural sizes and shapes.
5. Packaging and storage.
Package TPU hot-melt adhesive film and store in dry, ventilated and dark conditions to ensure plastic film product quality and performance.
